Michele Bachmann, fresh from a victory in the Ames, Iowa Straw Poll on Saturday, appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday morning, and was again dogged with questions about her anti-gay platform, this time declaring, “I don’t judge gays.”

“Can a gay couple who adopt children, in your mind, be considered a family?”
Bachmann’s answer:
“All these questions are not about what people are concerned about right now.”
Actually, everyone I know cares A LOT about what your answer to that would be… whether I agree with them or not. So just say what you are.
You are homophobic. You don’t think gay families are real families, and you don’t want us to have equal rights. Bitch.
It’s scary that THIS is taken seriously.
